Please Don’t Be Late
On the day of your (salon) appointment please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
We’re so glad you found us. Appointments at Wink must be secured with a credit card at the time of reservation. A full fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellations and appointments missed out without a minimum of twenty-four hours notice.
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, Wink requires a minimum of 24-hour notice or the client will be charged 100% of the booked service. We will email or text you the day before as a courtesy reminder to confirm your appointment.

Breaking The Rules
If you break our cancellation policy more than once we require pre-payment for all future appointments.
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. All tipping must be done in cash or by check written to the stylist; tips cannot be added onto credit card charges. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
Sniffles and Coughs
If you are sick, or had a fever the night before your scheduled service kindly reschedule your appointment. We promise to do our best to get you back in on the first available appointment. Our health is our wealth and we want to be here servicing you not at home sick watching bad T.V.
Our consultation fee is $20 and then this charge will be deducted from your next booked service. We value our time and we value yours.
We charge by the hour for this work and recommend you come in for a consultation first so we can assure the appointment length is properly scheduled.
Wink does not offer refunds on services. If a client is dissatisfied with his/her service, we offer a correction at no charge to the client if scheduled within 10 days of the original appointment.

If for any reason you are not happy with the hair product you purchased from us we gladly exchange or give store credit within 30 days of purchase. We ONLY apply store credit for hair products not applied to services.

Wink is equipped with free Wi Fi for all your internet needs. You can work and get your hair done.
Note to Our Wedding Parties
We require a 75% deposit at the time of booking with a credit card. The remaining balance can be taken care of on the wedding day. Any cancellations NOT made 24 hours in advance will be charged the FULL amount of the booked service.
